I've never made a coffee concentrate. I usually brew a really strong pot of CDM and pour it over ice OR I use Cool Brew http://www.coolbrew.com/. Add chocolate milk and water 🙂
I tend to drink both hot and iced year-round but I know what you mean about iced coffee during hot weather–especially in New Orleans.
I tend to get lazy and just use the NO Brew concentrate. By any chance, do you have a recipe to make a good coffee concentrate?
