The first time I ever had the pleasure to devour an entire grilled fish was at Pêche. It was a pricey, yet oh-so glorious experience which I have been wanting to duplicate ever since.
Starting this Friday, February 19th, Pêche’s skilled chefs Ryan Prewitt and Nicole Mills are offering a special “Whole Fish Fry” menu, one that will be available every Friday during the Lenten season through April 2nd this year. Serving 3-4 people, this dinner will include a whole fried Gulf fish, such as redfish or snapper, Brabant potatoes, crispy hush puppies, salad and, cocktail and tartar sauces for approximately $80 (depending upon the size of the fish).
“We will have seafood for all 40 days of Lent,” says Chef Mills “So have it delivered, come pick it up, or join us in the dining room. We can’t wait to see you.”
