Mae’s Bakeshop (is kind of) Opening This Weekend!

Chef Jeremy Fogg’s new bakery located in the bourgeoning Baronne St. Corridor will offer limited service beginning this Saturday, January 27th. This means you should definitely go ahead and order that fantabulous, buttery and crispy on the outside/tender on the inside, Monkey Bread King Cake he’s slingin’ (you should have already), but you can get so much more! Fluffy biscuits, pies by the slice, cinnamon rolls, cookies, pound cake — OH MY! I’ve posted a copy of the limited service menu below, but you better order fast because I have a funny feeling all of those goodies are going to be scarce this weekend. Once we get out of this Mardi Gras madness, I know I’ll be swinging by for a slice of his Banana Cream Pie, I guarantee!
