Gianna, the Italian arm of Link Restaurant Group, has just announced they’re serving brunch Saturdays and Sunday from 11am – 3pm! And this isn’t your typical brunch fare . . . self-touted as “rustic Italian,” the new menu features semolina pancakes with Louisiana strawberries and lemon mascarpone, lamb sausage gravy with creamy polenta, lobster mafaldini (ribbon-shaped pasta) with Calabrian chili and tuna bottarga, eggs “alla Gianna” with chilies and tomato soffritto, and crispy short rib with confit cherry tomatoes, potato cake and poached egg.
